In the dispersion with solid powder and liquid coexisting and mainly composed of solid phase, the self-adhesive (or additional binder) of the dispersion is used to make the basic particles of solid powder adhere to each other and increase by forced extrusion, and form a certain shape, uniform particle size and concentrated particle group. Wet granulation equipment is mainly composed of mixing, granulation, drying and auxiliary system equipment. After mixing, the powder enters the extruder to form the wet product with the required particle size, and then the granular product is obtained by dryirg, so as to realize the purpose of granulation.

Scope of application
