The belt drier is a commonly used continuous type drying equipment, is widely used in chemical, food, medicine，building materials, electronics and other industries, especially for the air better sheet, strip, the granulated material drying, the cake paste material, but also through the granulating machine or extrusion molding machine after drying can.

The material to be processed is passed through an appropriate laying machine, such as a star distributor, a swinging belt, a crusher or a granulator, which is distributed on a conveyor belt, conveyor belt through one or several heating unit is composed of channel and each of the heating units are equipped with heated air circulation system, each channel has one or several dehumidification system, in the conveyor belt through, hot air from the down or from upwards through the conveyor belt material, so that the material can be dried evenly.

Working principle

Material by feeder evenly on the mesh belt, mesh belt generally use 12- -60 mesh stainless steel screen, is driven by the drive device in the drier mobile. Dryer is composed of several units, each unit hot cycle, part of the tail gas discharged by the special wet exhaust fan, the waste gas is controlled by the regulating valve, hot to or from down through the material covered with net belt to complete the process of heat and mass transfer, take moisture of material. Net belt to move slowly, running speed can be adjusted according to the material temperature, fall into the material collector continuously finished product after drying. Up and down the circulation unit according to the user needs to be flexible, the number of units can be selected according to the needs.
