ROLLS DRIVE

The transmission device is a special reducer with dual output shafts to ensure the same rotation speed of the rollers.
Note: Can be installed on the left/right side of the main unit as required.

FEEDING SYSTEM

The feeding system is an important part of the equipment.
FUYU has developed three modes for different materials.
Type A: suitable for high bulk density
Type B: generally used for light materials
Type C: suitable for materials with better fluidity

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

The hydraulic system provides pressure to compact the material bitten by the rollers.
The pressure level can be adjusted. The pressure is adjusted as the distance between the rollers varies.
The force applied on the product can vary from 5 to 220 KN/Lcm.
The hydraulic system is also used as a safety device. It ensures the strength of the rolled sheet and ensures the safety of the equipment.

ROLLS

The material of the roller is made of high-quality alloy steel for forging, and after strict heat treatment, the hardness reaches HRC60±1, and the depth of the hard layer is 10mm. The body has no crack defects, etc.
The size of the roll diameter (from 240 mm to 1250 mm)
The shape of the roll ring can be customized on request.
